What does the inside of the bottle look like?
Due to the clear nature of the glass finish, it does not obstruct the view of the inner stainless wall of the bottle.
How long will it last?
When cared for properly, the Purist technology will remain intact for the life of the bottle. Because the interior glass finish essentially becomes part of the bottle, it won’t delaminate, chip, or peel off.
How long will my Purist bottle retain temperatures?
Purist bottles keep drinks hot for 12 hours and cold for 24 hours.
What materials are the bottles made of?
The outer wall is made from durable 304 stainless steel, while the inner wall is made from surgical-grade, 316 stainless steel.
How do I care for my Purist bottle?
We recommend washing all Purist bottles and tops by hand. Do not scrub interior with abrasive brush or material. To clean, simply rinse with warm water and mild detergent or use a soft cloth as needed.
How long does processing and handling take?
Processing and handling takes 2-3 days. After that time, your order will ship and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Where do Purist products ship from?
All purist products ship out of our facility in Morgan Hill, CA.
What shipping options do you offer?
In the US, both FedEx Ground and FedEx 2-Day are available as shipping options. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii only ship FedEx 2-Day but can take up to 3 days to arrive. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
All international orders ship FedEx Priority.
How is shipping cost determined?
In the US, shipping cost is set at a flat rate per package depending on where the delivery address is located within the US.
International shipping costs are determined by location.
