Orders shipping within the continental United States have the option to ship via FedEx using standard Ground or Priority 2-day methods. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska ship via Priority 2-day only. All orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1 business day and delivered within 2-10 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method. Tracking information will be provided in the shipping confirmation email you will receive approximately 1 business day after order is placed.
Please make sure the address entered at checkout is correct and that packages can be received at that location. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Orders shipping internationally ship via Priority 2-day only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and determined by weight and shipping destination. International orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1 business day and delivered within 2-4 business days, depending on destination. Please be aware that additional delivery delays may incur due to customs. Tracking information will be provided in the shipping confirmation email you will receive approximately 1 business day after order is placed.
Please note, international orders are often subject to duties and taxes incurred by the importing country and it is up to the customer to pay these charges. Should the customer refuse, and the package is returned, the order will be refunded less the cost of shipping. To learn more about your country's taxation rates, please contact your local customs office.
Please make sure the address given at the time of purchase is one at which packages may be received at in person. Some countries may return the package if an individual is not present to sign and accept delivery.
Please note that Priority (2 day) shipping before or near these dates may be affected by business closure and carrier delays.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Purist purchase, please contact our Customer Care team for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Purist products are warrantied against manufacturer’s defects for the life of the product. Purist will replace any product found to be defective within the realm of normal and appropriate use.
