Orders shipping within the continental United States have the option to ship via FedEx using standard Ground or Priority 2-day methods. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska ship via Priority 2-day only. All orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days and delivered within 2-10 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method. Tracking information will be provided in the shipping confirmation email you will receive in 1-2 business days after order is placed.
Please make sure the address entered at checkout is correct and that packages can be received at that location. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Orders shipping internationally ship via Priority 2-day only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and determined by weight and shipping destination. International orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days and delivered within 2-3 business days, depending on destination. Please be aware that additional delivery delays may incur due to customs. Please note, international orders are often subject to duties and taxes incurred by the importing country and it is up to the customer to pay these charges. Should the customer refuse, and the package is returned, the order will be refunded less the cost of shipping. To learn more about your country's taxation rates, please contact your local customs office.
Please make sure the address given at the time of purchase is one at which packages may be received at in person. Some countries may return the package if an individual is not present to sign and accept delivery.
Please note that Priority (2 day) shipping on or near holidays may be affected by business closure and carrier delays.
Thanksgiving closure on 11/23 and 11/24. Overnight shipping with Fedex cut off is 11/21 if customer wants delivery before Thanksgiving. Ground orders not guaranteed delivered until after Thanksgiving. Orders resume shipping normally 11/27.
Last day to purchase to receive by December 25 is December 18th. Purist production will be closed from December 25 - January 1st. Expect delayed shipping if ordering during this time.
RETURNS: Change of mind? For Purist purchases made directly from our website, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. In order to qualify, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned to us in its original packaging, including all tags.
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer. Upon approval of the return, a refund of the purchase price will be issued to the original form of payment, less any applicable shipping charges Please allow a minimum processing time of 5-7 business days from receipt of the returned product in our warehouse and verification of its condition. Unfortunately, we cannot process any direct exchanges.
We do not accept returns for products purchased through an authorized retailer or reseller. Please contact the seller for any applicable return policy.
If for any reason you wish to exchange your Purist purchase for another item, please request to return the original item and place a separate order for the new item. Shipping cost to return the original purchase is to be paid by the customer, unless in the case of a warranty exchange.

LIMITED WARRANTY: Purist products come with a 2-year limited warranty from original purchase date against defects in materials and workmanship.
To initiate a warranty, please send your written request and include the following: (i) detailed description of the reason for the warranty, (ii) dated proof of purchase and/or order number if purchased directly from us, (iii) photos and/or videos supporting the warranty request.
Upon verification of your request, our team will provide a pre-paid shipping label to return the product to us. Make sure to empty out any contents if returning a bottle to us. Upon approval of the warranty, a refund of the purchase price will be issued to the original form of payment if purchased directly from us.
If for some reason we cannot issue a refund to the original form of payment or the product was not purchased directly from us, we will issue an appropriate store credit, to be used in our webstore. Please allow a minimum processing time of 5-7 business days from receipt of the returned product in our warehouse and verification of its condition.
Normal wear and tear as well as blemishes and damage, including dents and scratches, caused by the user are never covered by this limited warranty.
